    Originally from Colorado, Tia now lives in Lafayette, Louisiana, with her husband and their 7-year-old daughter, Adeline. Whether she's leading a team, creating something new, or encouraging other moms, she loves finding creative ways to inspire others. She's fueled by big ideas, meaningful relationships, and the belief that glitter absolutely counts as a color.
